A Mac for every app developer.
Building for Apple platforms shouldn't require buying and maintaining a Mac. Cobalt puts a real Mac mini M4 — Xcode and all — a connection away from any computer, so anyone can ship an iOS or macOS app.
Why we built Cobalt
Xcode only runs on a Mac, and a Mac fast enough for comfortable builds is a real investment. That quietly shuts a lot of talented people out of the App Store — students, indie makers, and teams on Windows or Linux.
So we put the Mac in the cloud. A dedicated Mac mini M4 with Xcode and the Simulator, reached over AnyDesk from any computer, paid for with prepaid credits.
Pick a session, connect, and build. That's the whole idea.
What we stand for
Three principles behind every decision we make.
Speed
A Mac with Xcode installed, ready when it is handed over. Your time should go into the app, not into buying and setting up hardware.
Reliability
A physical Mac that is yours alone for the whole session, with nothing to repair or replace.
Transparency
Credits, not subscriptions. Every session has a fixed price you see before you launch it, and nothing renews.
